I am a self taught amateur photographer. My subject interests vary widely, but I'm most drawn to making landscape, still life, and macro images. When I choose a subject I try to visualize the final framed print. When I'm done, hopefully I've captured the wonder and fascination I have for the subject at hand. 11/16/11 - Sadly, Digital Image Cafe was suddenly shut down today. I'm not sure I'll be joining another contest web site any time soon, but I am now pretty active on Fine Art America.
